ヨンチャンプルコギは株式会社グラットンが
運営する創業当初よりキムチ等の韓国食品の
製造販売を行っている会社です。
韓国屋台料理やブルコギを専門に提供する
お店で、若い層を中心に支持されており、
現在はフランチャイズも含めて数ヶ店の
展開です。
今回訪問した柏店は、JR 柏駅東口徒歩4分
という立地にありビルの3階のエレベータが
開くとそこはネオ酒場近未来の雰囲気で
ネオンが怪しく輝く世界です。
ハングルが多く書かれており、まるでソウル
を訪問した気分です。
BGMはもちろんK-POP なので、TWICE や
LE SSERAFIMが好きな私にはとても心地よ
い空間です。

サムギョプサルは笑顔が素敵なスタッフが
丁寧に焼き上げてくれます。
豚肉は脂身が多いのですが、それが美味しい
です。
サンチュの受けにお肉を乗せて、焼きキムチ
を乗せます。
その上にニンニク、青唐辛子、サムジャン
（味噌）、パチェ（葱）を乗せて頬ばります。
最高です！
これをチョミスルでやるのが通です。
ネオンサインに「プルコギとチョミスルは
文化だ！」とありますが正にその通りです。
今回はサムギョプサルでしたが。
