さてさて
やっぱ韓国料理きたらサムギョプサルは食べたい！ってことでサムギョプサルセット。
店員さんがお肉をセットして焼いてれるんだけど、贅沢に厚切り入りのほうで
豚バラ肉はノーマルの塩コショウと、ドラゴンというお店特製のスパイスの味付けの二種類。
それ以外に、白菜キムチ、豆もやし、青唐辛子、ニンニクを一緒に焼きます
柔らか食感にジューシーで肉汁溢れるお肉に熱されてコクと甘みが増したピリ辛キムチに甘めの味噌、うまっ
付け合せのサンチュやエゴマの葉などはお代わり無料なので、野菜がたっぷり摂れるのもうれしい✨
手羽元を揚げた料理チキンは何種類かあって、迷いつつハニーマスタードを。
甘すぎずマスタードの酸味が良き。
サムギョプサルもおいしかったけど他のお客さんが食べていたプルコギもおいしそうだったな
ドリンクも充実してて、ミチョやチャミスルやチャミスルトクトク、マッコリなどなど韓国のドリンクがたくさん
カクテルやハイボール、ソフトドリンクも多くて迷っちゃうやつ
接客も明るくて優しい店員さんたちでめちゃくちゃ雰囲気良かった。
