会社帰りに寄り道ラーメンです。
松戸市東部、オートバックスの近くの県道沿いにお店はあります。
お店の専用駐車場はありませんが、近隣のコインパーキングに駐車しました。
平日夜19:30に到着したところ、ちょうど満席、店内で10分ほど待ってから着席できました。
注文したのは「中華そば」(950円)、「づけ玉子」(150円)、「活白身丼」(300円)。
券売機などはなく、着席後、女将さんがオーダーを取りに来るというスタイルです。
注文してから着丼までは10分弱。
中華そばと活白身丼が同時に提供されました。
まずはスープを一口二口と飲んでみます。
透き通ったスープは澱みのない味わいで、気を付けないと麺を食べるのを忘れそうになるくらいです。
麺は平打ち縮れ麺で、スープがよく絡まるやつです。
チャーシュー、箸休めのメンマ、海苔も美味しいのですが、漬け玉子も忘れてはいけません。
「活白身丼」は筍御飯の上に鯛の漬けが乗ったものでは小振りではありますが、300円は破格です。
不定休、夜のみ営業、駅から遠い、と来店ハードルは高めなお店ですが、そこまでしてでも一度は食べてみたい正統派中華そばでした。
