平日の夜7時過ぎにひとりで伺いました。
丁度満席で待ち1番手にて待機。
10分程で着席できました。
いただいたもの
・チャーハン（小） ¥400
・半ラーメン ¥500
待ち構えて頂いてたようで
着席とほぼ同時に着丼。
回転の早い仕事ぶり。ありがたい。
チャーハンはしっとりだが
ちゃんとお米がパラパラで
焦しネギがほんのりきいている。
美味しいチャーハン。
残念ながら自分で作るチャーハンの味と
似ている為ありがたみは薄かった。
尚、炒めの技術は圧倒的にお店が上です。
半ラーメンは
煮干しのスープで若干のえぐみがありましたが
チャーハンと交互にいただくうちに
気にならなくなりました。
なんなら「えぐみ＝個性」と好感的に
捉えられるっちゃ、捉えられる。
そういえば両方が
ここまでレベル高いお店って案外少ないかも。
稀有なお店ですね。
