今回は松戸。駅から少し歩いたところに老舗的な永福町大勝軒の流れをくむ店があるとのことで訪問です。
券売機でまるきそば小1100を購入し、カウンターに着席です。席移動しつつしばし待ちます。
さあ、やってきました。
まずは麺。細麺ちじれ麺。程よい小麦感とスープのからみ。なつかしさとシンプルなおいしさを感じさせる。量も不足なし。
次にスープ。煮干の利いたスープはオイリーでジューシー。そして醤油のキレがある。これはシンプルにうまいですね。ラーメン好きの好きな味。長く続くのがわかります。
そして具。小松菜がシャキッとうまい。しなちくは柔らか目の細目のものが結構たっぷり。味玉は表面が茶色く染まった濃いめの味わい。これ好きです。うまい。ワンタンは皮が主役で案は小さめですが楽しめる。チャーシューはしっかりとした味わいで柔らかでほろっとしたもの。うまい。肉そばもありと思うほど。
というわけで、醤油のキレと脂のうまさ、さらに食べてないですが、どう見てもおいしそうなチャーハンがいただける店。松戸はとみ田だけじゃない。是非。
ラーメンって本当においしいものですね。
