火曜21時前、家族で訪店。稔台にある中華屋さん。21時半ラストオーダーで、他にはお客様は1組のみ。円卓があったり、本格的で明るい感じの中華屋さん。
アラカルトで注文した。
季節のオススメメニューから、塩爆空心菜(¥1080)・・・塩味が効いていて美味い。空芯菜のさっくりした食感が良い。
青椒肉絲(チンジャオロース)(¥1404)・・・味はちょっと濃い目ではあったが、本格的な味。
エビチャーハン(\1080)・・・プリプリしたエビがたっぷり。こういうあっさりした油っぽくないチャーハンが良い。
五目中華飯(\1080)・・・ライスは少なめだが、エビ、タケノコ、キクラゲ、白菜、小松菜・・・たっぷり。
家族は、杏仁豆腐(\324)、マンゴーパフェ(\540)をオーダー。パフェは結構大きく喜んでいた。
本格的な中華のお店で、今度はゆっくり訪れてみたい。
