松戸の人気インスパイア店にお伺いさせていただきました。
無料トッピングは細かくオーダーできるのがありがたいですね。
店員さんが女性のみで華やかでした。
駐車場は店舗右手に5台分、少々狭くて停め辛いのでご注意を。
店内は奥に広々、客席はカウンター10席ほどとテーブル席多数。
平日の19時過ぎ、殆どの席が埋まってました。
卓上調味料は醤油、酢、ラー油、カエシ、一味、胡椒。
初めてでしたので基本のみちる麺の醤油を選択。
・みちる麺 小(800円)
お好みは麺硬め、野菜少なめ、ニンニク少なめ、背脂ビタでお願いしました。
スープは程良く乳化した豚の出汁がベース。
特筆すべきは鋭い醤油感。
動物系を掻き消すほどシャープ。
上品な真っ白背脂は甘さを演出。
麺はしっかり縮れた超極太麺。
コシが激強でゴワッゴワな暴力麺
とても好みで美味しかった。
イカダのようなチャーシューは部位不明。
見た目より柔らかく食べ易かったです。
野菜は少なめで丁度良い塩梅。
とにかく特徴的な麺が美味しかったです。
しょっぱい系が好きな方にはストライクではないでしょうか。
