　ＪＲ常磐緩行線・流鉄流山線馬橋駅西口を出まして、駅前大通りを進み、ゆりのき通りとの交差点を左折、中根立体交差点を越えた所にお店を構えます焼肉店『焼肉 平城苑 松戸店』さん、交通の要衝点にあるので、平日ランチ時でも、かなり賑わっている店舗であります。
　「カルビ・ハラミ定食」（税込1,940円）をオーダーしました。いくらか払えばサラダバーとか付いてくるのですが、その日はあまり心の余裕がなく、セカセカしていたので、定食セットのみとしました。カルビ・ハラミとも４枚ずつ付いてきます。ミニサラダもありました。謎の味付け韓国海苔も付いています（笑）。キムチ、スープもあり、バランスよく焼き肉をいただけたと思います。
