おでん巡り旅、今回は松戸市内に・・ということで松戸駅か新松戸かで迷いましたが、後者の方で・・
泊まったホテルは食堂がないビジネスホテル的なシティホテルでしたので朝飯を食べれるとことを事前に探して、本格的なイタリア料理をいただけそうな店が10時からOPENしてそうなのでこちらに即決です。
店に入ると「ランチメニューは11時からです」と念を押されますが、そのつもりで入ってますのでもちろん大丈夫です。
グランドメニューを確認しましたが、半分くらいはお酒を飲みたくなるような飲兵衛にはやばめのメニューだったのでパスタ料理（2種類）かハンバーグ料理の2択という感じですか・・
まぁ、ハンバーグだといちおう朝食つもりで入っているのでガッツリ過ぎるかなということで・・
渡りガニ＆赤海老のスパゲティ
をチョイスします。（ついでにコーヒーも）
スパゲッティのソースはトマトとトマトクリームの2択でしたが後者を選びました。
自分以外にお客さんは食べ終わるまで来ませんでしたが、ランチの時間でしょうこの店が盛況になるのは・・
さて、配膳された料理ですが・・
渡り蟹、赤海老はやはりうまい！
けど食べづらい(^_^;
幸い客は自分一人で人目を気にする必要はなかったのでもう素手で殻を剥きとりますｗ
甲殻類の素材は上質なことがわかります。ぷりぷりですね。
ここで自分のソースの注文が重要だったことを知りました。トマトクリームソースはかなり甘いです。生クリームに使われてる砂糖の甘さでしょう。トマトソースだったら違った可能性がありますね。
洋菓子のような仕上がりのパスタと言ったらよいのでしょうかね・・
自分がよく食べるトラットリオ（イタリアの食堂系の呼称）の豪快で油っぽい、そして唐辛子辛い～料理に慣れている自分には上品すぎたかもしれません。
よく考えたらこっち方向のイタリア料理初めての体験だったかもしれません。
イタリア料理の振り幅を知った昼下がりでした。
