For the appetizer: Edamame ○Stewed jjigae ○Raw meatball sauce ○Bongjiri ○Heat ○Skin ○Gizzard ○Shiitake mushrooms ○Tatsuta-age fried yam Jjigae is simmered until it's simmering and the green chili peppers are present. The tofu also warms up nicely. The yams are delicious with just a little bit of chewiness. I like to eat it as is. The store staff are cheerful and kind. It was busy, but we didn't have to wait, and the food was served on regular days, so we had a delicious time. Thank you for the meal.
