If you're hungry, come to my house!
The menu is extensive, with a large serving of Ramen as the main Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), as well as light tsukemen, Chinese noodles, and Mazesoba (Soupless noodles). The amount of fat can be adjuste |
It is located halfway between Shin-Matsudo Station and Mabashi Station on the JR Joban Line. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from either station. As you can see, it's a hearty, Jiro-inspired ramen. It has chewy noodles, back fat soy sauce soup, soft pork slices, boiled bean sprouts, chopped garlic pickled in soy sauce, and chopped onions. If you eat this, you'll be so full you won't need to eat anything for a day. It was delicious and full of stamina.
