I had soy Ramen. I requested garlic and less fat, and it was brought to me in about 5 minutes. The bean sprouts were served in a cone shape, topped with chopped onions and garlic pickled in soy sauce. I had to eat the bean sprouts several times before I could get to the noodles. I somehow managed to pick up the noodles, and they were the usual thick and chewy ones. I ate them with a lot of force. I continued to eat them with the garlic as a spice, but the amount was so large that it gradually started to fill me up. However, as I enjoyed the junky taste, I was able to finish it all. It was delicious. I used to eat this "Kaku Fuji Ramen" on a daily basis, but when Takumikami, which I always went to, closed down, I asked Menya Koji for help, but it was difficult to find it because it was only available on the evening menu. On this day, I was happy to have come across it for the first time in a long time.
