「新宿つな八」で修行されてきた模様。
上天麩羅定食1800円を頂いた。
カウンター席だったので、ご主人の手際が垣間見える。
海老・烏賊・きす・帆立・穴子・しし唐・茄子・南瓜に小海老のかき揚げ。
塩と天つゆで食べるのだが、衣が薄いながらもしっとりしているので、素材の味が判り易い塩で頂いく、なかなかのレベル。
又、ご飯自体も美味しく、普段お替りなぞしないのだが、ついついおかわり。
小鉢の大根サラダも繊細で美味。
14時を過ぎれど見渡すと女性ばかり。
成る程流行るわけです。
雰囲気も良く、接客もしっかりしており使えそうな店です。
難癖を一つつけると、ご主人の揚げのタイミングが早過ぎて、私の食べるタイミングとズレがあった所位ですかね。
