知り合いに連れられて訪問しました。
店内のインテリアはセンスがよく好印象です。カウンターとテーブル席がありますが、予約していたカウンターに座ります。
メニューは相手がコースメニューを注文してくれました。
まずお通しがきまして食べていると、ご主人さんが「嫌いなものはありませんか？」と聞いてくださいました。気遣いが嬉しいですね。
まずエビがきましたが、頭の部分も一緒に置かれました。塩で食べると香ばしさが広がります。
そら豆は中がホックリ仕上げっていて豆の風味が伝わりますし、茄子やしし唐など、どれも揚げ具合が素晴らしい、美味しくいただきました。
中でもハマグリは殻ごと揚げた後、天ぷらの膜を破りタレを垂らしてから置いてくれます。ハマグリの天ぷらをこうして食べるのはもちろん初めてですが、この美味しさに感動しました。
アイスクリームの天ぷらも食べられますよ。
普通に食べるよりもなぜか食べやすかったです、職人技なのでしょうね。
これだけの味でＣＰは抜群にいいと思います。
また利用したいお店です。
