両親に進められて松戸の『天乙』さんに伺いました。
駅から遠いので、車が必須です。
駐車場は4台ありますが、土曜日の12時に伺ったところ、満車で待ちに…。
店内はとても綺麗で、
カウンター6席 テーブルは4名掛け、3席…かな？
カウンターは大将が、目の前で揚げたものを
盛り付けてくれるので、オススメです！
●天ぷら定食 1800円
直ぐにピーマン、イカ、海老が第一弾揚げられてきました。
ご飯は少なめ、お味噌汁が赤味噌にワカメで美味しい。天つゆ、大根おろし、お漬物も付いてます。
※テーブルに塩と醤油もあります。
サクッと重たくなく、天つゆも甘すぎず、塩で頂くのもどちらも美味しいです！
イカはこんなに柔らかいのを初めて食べましたし、
海老が大きくて、ぶりっぶり！！とても満足です。
後にキス（もう少しふわふわがよかった。）
舞茸、ナス、さつま芋と続きます。
揚げたてなので迷っている暇はないのですが、
次々に揚げられるので迷います！！
ご飯少し少ないなぁと思ったら、
かき揚げと一緒に天丼にもできるということで、お願いしました。
こちらは、海老と三つ葉のかき揚げで、天ぷらで使われていた大ぶりの海老をまた堪能できるのが嬉しい。
ご飯のタレは甘めで、締に相応しいです。
悩んだ上天丼定食は上記+ホタテ、穴子ですが
大大大満足です！もう少しお腹が空いていれば
アイスの天ぷら300円も食べたかった…
松戸にこんな品のある銘店があるだなんて…！
