暑い日にバイクで来訪。住宅地にあるお店で近所の常連さんらしき方々で賑わっていました。カウンターに案内され注文は上天丼に一品足して、季節のはもの梅ポン酢を注文。
はもはベテランの職人が目の前で揚げてくれます。さすがの味。梅ポン酢もぴったりです。
上天丼 (1700円)は天ぷら多めでご飯少なめ。天ぷらは大車海老、いか、キス、なす、ぴーまん、まいたけ、えびのかき揚げ、さつまいもと盛りだくさん。サクッと揚がって油が軽い感じ。タレは少し薄めの味付け。
全体のバランスが良い天丼で大満足でした。
