December 9, 2023 I'm coming to Yabashira. Visiting a grave today. Since my mom's legs have gotten worse, I haven't been able to visit the shrines much anymore, so it's been a long time since I've been to Yashira. After spending about two hours selecting overgrown weeds and plants, we arrived back at the station just after 2 p.m. . The walk to Family restaurant and the Japanese restaurant are bland. I also wanted to go to an arcade, so I came to this part of the same building. I ordered today's 3 types of sashimi, deep-fried salted chicken, boiled acorn quail egg, and chewy thick noodles Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) noodles with edamame. Cheers with a highball and a glass of beer ✨ After that, a highball replacement. Tuna with vinegar miso for appetizer? This is a surprise. It's an expensive appetizer at 400 yen, but you can really taste the flavor and texture of the tuna, and the red meat goes well with the vinegared miso. The fried chicken has crispy skin. It was a bit over-fried, but it was perfect with sake✨The Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was made with simple ingredients such as thick flat noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, and pork belly, and the sauce had a fruity sourness and sweetness. There was something strangely delicious about this, and it was the perfect way to end the meal✨ All the menu items were averagely delicious, and I felt the benefits of being a chain restaurant, and combined with the semi-private seating, I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal✨
