常磐線各駅停車と流鉄流山線の馬橋駅から５分位の所にある町中華屋の『千成亭』さんに伺いました。
以前は隣の新松戸駅にもあったが、閉店してしまい現在は馬橋にあるのみ。
15時過ぎに訪問すると３名＆１名の先客。カウンター席に着き、定食のメニューの『生姜焼定食』¥990を注文しました。
暫くして着丼。ライス＆中華スープ＆生姜焼＆搾菜＆お茶が届けられる。生姜焼にはキャベツが添えられており、マヨネーズが掛かっている。
まずは中華スープを一口。好きな味で、ラーメンにも使っているスープで美味しい。
生姜焼は普通に美味しく、キャベツ＆マヨネーズと一緒に生姜焼を食べると尚美味しい。
途中で止まる事なく、完食・完飲。とても美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
