連休谷間の平日、松戸駅から徒歩15分ほどのとんかつ百名店。開店10分前で11人待ち接続、一巡目確定。ロースかつ定食にクリコロひとつオーダー。揚げ手は1人なので、着膳まで25分。たっぷり千切りキャベツ、手切りと言われる特大パン粉にぼってり衣の高温揚げ。中の豚肉は蒸した感、独特の食感で旨いです(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
