千葉のとんかつ百名店をGW後半戦に訪ねてみた。開店20分前に到着。店の前の駐車場には、車無し。一番ノリでした。
扉前のリストに記帳して、丸椅子に座り待ちます。その後は続々とお客さんがきて、開店の頃には満席となりました。
とんかつはアラカルトの注文がメインです。
ロース、並盛りのご飯、豚汁、単品のクリームコロッケに加えてここのおすすめのソース用半熟玉子も注文。
この店は衣のパン粉がかなりの粗挽きの自家製となっていて、フワフワで花が咲いたようなボリューム。半熟玉子に甘口ソースを加えていただくと、おー、これはうまい！肉そのものは普通ですが、衣とソースのマッチングが素晴らしいのであります。とんかつは、衣のせいもありかなりのボリュームです。ツレとシェアしたクリームコロッケ。こちらも、トロリとしたクリームがたっぷりで大満足の逸品です。
千切りキャベツは、私史上、最高に細かい千切りでフワッフワでみずみずしい。おかわりせずとも満足の量でした。豚汁は、王道の豚汁。肉もしっかりはいってます。汁物はあっさりと行きたい方には、豆腐やなめこも揃えているあたりがいいですね。ご飯も美味しいし、百名店に相応しいお店と思います。
残った玉子ソースはご飯にオンして玉子かけご飯に。ソースもいいけれど、ここはぜひ半熟玉子ソースを試してみることをオススメします！
再訪したいお店となりました。
