One early summer afternoon, on my way home from Matsudo City Hall, I stopped by Tengu Sakaba Matsudo Station East Exit Branch to cool off. Open from 2pm, it's the perfect place to grab a bite in the afternoon. First, I ordered the "Lemon Sour" (319 yen including tax). There's plenty of ice in it and it's freezing cold, but there isn't much inside. The clerk handed me a piece of paper with a QR code on it and said, ``Please click here for additional orders...'' and left. Yes, it's about efficiency. Although it's unpleasant. After that, I used my smartphone to order ``Negima/Salt/2 bottles'' (198 yen including tax), ``Big Chawanmushi'' (319 yen), and a re-order of ``Lemon Sour.'' The green onion that arrived soon after was finished with a nice aroma, and the price of 99 yen per piece was a good deal. Additional lemon sour also comes and the sake progresses. The big chawanmushi is really big and seems to use 3 eggs. With egg prices soaring, 319 yen may be an unbeatable value (not necessarily domestically produced ingredients...). Shiitake mushrooms, chicken, and crab sticks are used as ingredients, and small onions are sprinkled here and there. It was delicious and the result was a passing grade. At 1,155 yen including tax, it was a very enjoyable drink.
