よい処ほのじ。
新鮮なホルモンや、炭火で焼いた串焼きの美味しい人気店です。
キンキンに冷えたグラスの生ビールでおつかれさま～。
お通しはザーサイの和え物と、スナップエンドウのサラダ的な。
残念ながらこの日は、和牛シロモツが売り切れとか。まずは、レバーから注文しました(^ω^)

表面をさっと炙ったレバーは、とろりとしたレア感。
胡麻油の香りに、ビールもすすみます(゜∀゜)
和牛スジ玉煮込み。
よく煮込まれた和牛のスジ肉はとろりと柔らか。閉じた玉子もふわとろと優しい味(^o^)ノノシ
ムンチサラダは、韓国の味。
しんなりとしたレタス、きゅうり、玉ねぎに胡麻油の香る塩だれ(・∀・)
備長炭で香ばしく焼けたカシラは、口に含むと旨みと脂が弾けます。
さっと炙った新鮮なササミはほとんどレア。しっとりとした身にわさびがピリリヽ(´▽｀)/
アジフライを注文。
サクサクの衣に、アジの身がふんわりと柔らかです(o゜▽゜)o
〆は焼きおにぎり。
醤油も香ばしいおにぎりで、お腹も大満足。
次はモツの刺しものや、大山鶏も頼んでみようかなo(^▽^)o
