PR for restaurants |
Founded in 1980! We provide rich flavors and heartfelt hospitality to all our customers!
The restaurant was rebuilt and reopened in November 2021. The interior is calm with a plain wood motif, and there are counter seats that were not available at the previous restaurant, so it is a resta |
On the way home from a certain chiropractic clinic, I felt lighter and decided to have a shabu shabu lunch at the famous local restaurant "Shabugen". This restaurant once closed down completely, but it has reopened in almost the same place, and it is now a distant memory for everyone. The recommended lunch was "Pork cutlet set meal with sashimi" (2,100 yen including tax), but I thought it would be boring to come to a shabu shabu restaurant without eating shabu shabu... so I went for the "shabu shabu set meal" (2,400 yen including tax). After a busy time waiting for the gas stove and the pot to be prepared, going to the bathroom and playing with my smartphone, the environment was finally ready, and as a groundbreaking ceremony, I put some shiitake mushrooms and a few dug-up Chinese cabbage leaves into the pot and ate it. The beef was enshrined in four rolls of about 10cm x 10cm thin slices. In the morning, there was a small serving of rice, a small serving of chawanmushi, pickles, and boiled red beans for dessert, but no soup. It was a good meal, just right for a quick lunch.
