The sashimi is quite good. The red sea bream and medium fatty tuna are aged and delicious. It was my first time to eat the liver of a whelk shellfish, but I thought it was more delicious than the turban shell or abalone. The squid was very average. The amberjack had a rich, Kyushu-like feel to it. Tempura tempura.
