これだけならセンベロ達成。
私はいつもホッピー2杯お願いする。
ホッピー瓶2本+ナカ2杯が来るので、
焼酎の安ボトルを追加して楽しみたい。
刺身はチョット良いかな?
まあ半分でも良いくらい。
ホルモンは鶏。
炭火で焼くと美味さアップ!
今回のサプライズは小鉢の肉まん・・・
そんなに旨くないけど、
肉まんをほおばる自分が無性に可笑しい。

魂のゆりかご
JR馬橋駅東口すぐの“炭火焼しちりん 馬橋東口駅前店”。
仕事に疲れたオヤジが駅を出ると、
すぐしちりんだ。
炭の火を見ていると何だか落ち着く。
肉や魚は盛大に煙を出すので、
癒やされたいなら厚揚げが最適。
生姜と葱に醤油を入れて付け焼きも良いだろう。
魂の命ずるままに楽しんで欲しい。
飲み物は安い焼酎ボトルとシークワーサー炭酸ピッチャー。
果汁を搾ったりする煩わしさがない。
しちりんは
”備長炭火ホルモン焼 しちりん”グループと
“あみ焼元祖しちりん”グループがあり、
この店は前者。
以前はあみ焼きグループが良かったが、
最近では備長炭火ホルモン焼グループの方が良い気がする。

・女性には無料デザート提供
・メンバーズカードの存在(あみ焼きグループは廃止)
特にメンバーズカードではポイントがたまると、
しちりん焼酎に代えられる。
安酒好きには堪らない特典だ!

更改なんで! あるわケジャン
JR常磐線馬橋駅東口徒歩1分の”炭火焼しちりん 馬橋東口駅前店”。
頻繁に伺っている。
ある晩に伺うと日替りメニューに
*ケジャン580円
この店(失礼)には不釣り合いなメニューに驚くも注文。
ケジャンは生のワタリガニを塩、漬け込みダレに漬けて熟成させた料理。
ヤンニョムを使った唐辛子味のものはヤンニョムケジャンと呼ばれる。
本格的なケジャン到着。
ハサミとおしぼり×2も持ってきてくれる。
生カニ身の甘さと唐辛子の辛さが素晴らしい。
いつもお目にかかれる訳では無いが、
この日はラッキーだった。

さっぱりモツが好き
モツや刺身の質に驚くべき所は無い。
少々驚かせるなら・・・
平日の16~18:30迄のオカエリナサイ・セット1,050円はどうだろう。
*お好きなサワー2杯(樽生の場合は1杯)。
私はホッピー2杯が定番。
ホッピーの瓶が2本である。
これに常にキープしている焼酎・樹氷のボトルを組み合わせると、
最強に酔っ払える!
*お好きなホルモン焼
鶏を頼む事が多い。
以前のレビューにも記載したが、
塩を振りしばらく待つ事をお薦めする。

過度の期待はしないでいただきたい。

当日の100円サービス品がだされる事が多い。
1万2千年後でもトップをねらえ!るメニューである。

「ホームグラウンド!」
飲食店に入って、料理の塩気が足りないとか、味が濃い、焼き方が良くないとか・・・これが店の評価につながる事が多い。
しちりんはそこの所すべて「自己責任」。
目の前に置かれたしちりんに生の鶏肉、塩、胡椒など調味料はそろっている。
私は鶏肉に塩をふり、しばらくホッピーをやっつけながら待つ!そうすると鶏肉の水分が抜けて臭みがなくなる。焼く前に軽く胡椒をして、しちりんの火力を弱めて皮をじっくり焼く。ここで火力が強いと煙だらけで黒こげだ(それでも食べるのだ)。返して程よく火が通ったらいただく。
かじって見て生ならもう一度網にのせれば済むことだ。うまい!
調子に乗ったら焼き魚。ガスコンロでは味わえない焼き魚になる。うまい!
ホッピーは自分で焼酎を足して、ビールでは味わえないアルコール度数を楽しもう。これが男のドライだ!!
