新京成の八柱、JR武蔵野線の新八柱の駅から歩いて4,5分のところにある鉄板焼き・お好み焼きのお店。
メニューを見ているとジャンルとしては広島に良くある鉄板居酒屋というジャンルかもしれません。
きれいな感じのお店で、大きな鉄板の周りにカウンター席とテーブル席が結構ありました。
私はカウンター席で鉄板から直接頂きました。
夜に伺いそば肉玉いか天のお好み焼きを頂きました。値段は880円位だった思います。
意外と言うのは失礼ですが、そばは磯野製麺の生麺をモヤシは黒豆モヤシを、ソースはミツワソースを使用しています。
辛口のソースも用意されています。この辛口ソースが相当に辛かったです。
キャベツは結構細切りでふんわりとした仕上がりになります。焼く際にはふたを被せて蒸し焼きにするスタイルです。生地が若干厚めなのが気になりました。仕上げの玉子は2個使用します。
作っているところまではかなりいい感じなのですが、何も聞かれずいきなりご主人にお好み焼きをカットされてしまいました。慣れないお客さんには親切なのででしょうが私には正直余計なお世話です。
ちなみに、マヨネーズの有無は確認してくれました。
また頂いてみると豚肉が今ひとつなのが気になります。もっと薄いバラ肉で良いと思います。
加えて少しキャベツがべちゃっとした仕上がりなのが気になります。春キャベツは水分が多いのためかもしれませんが・・。
ただ、全体的にはレベルの高いお好み焼きでした。
