It was a cold weekend, so I wanted to eat some Korean hotpot to warm me up, and so I went to Myeongdong, about a 5-minute walk from Matsudo Station. I ordered a kimchi platter, green onion salad, gamjatang, and a large serving of rice. The kakteki was a little sweet, but the sour baechu kimchi and the chewy oi kimchi were both delicious! The green onion salad had a strong sourness and a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, which made it perfect for drinking alcohol. The gamjatang was very filling. I added rice to finish off the meal, making it into ojiya, which left me very satisfied and full. I'll be back.
