松戸の蕎麦屋を探索して、このお店に伺いました。
冷たい御蕎麦が好きなので、早速天ざる、天そば、カレーライス、カツ丼を頼みました。
しばしできるまでの間、おつまみとしてソーセージを家族とシェアしながら待つこと
おー出てきました、
早速天ざるを頂き、その麺の喉越しとツルツル感、そしてコシはいうことありません。
天そばはやはり暖かいせいもあり、麺の腰はあまり感じられませんでした。
やはりここは冷たいおそばがあってると個人的に思います。
麺汁はさっぱりで、もう少し甘みがあってもいいかもと
また近々に伺いたいと思います。
