みさと公園の帰りに近かったので伺いました。
夕方前だったのでパンは少なかったですが選べました。
週末限定のフリュイというフランスパンがあるのですが、生地を1週間寝かせて作るそうです。
フランスパンでねかせて作るのは珍しいみたいで、買ってみました。
手間暇がかかっているので、フランスパンより少し柔らかくどっしりとした味がしました。
ウサギの形をしたフランスパンやずんだ餡のあんぱんなど、色んな世代が喜ぶパンを作られています。形成は綺麗です。研究熱心なパン屋さんです！
ハード系は硬すぎず、きなこやピーナッツクリームが入ったフランスパンはとても柔らかいです。
