昨年、流山にあるマクロビのお店、お寺の中でやってるお店に行って以来です。
種からこだわった無農薬・無肥料農法の野菜をたっぷり使い、
肉・魚・乳・卵・白砂糖・添加物を使わない安心ベジメニューが売りのお店です。
若いご夫婦で経営されているようで、昨日はママさんの方だけがいらっしゃいました。
店内の塗り壁もこだわりの手作りで、癒し効果があるそうです。
そして窯があり、手作りの食器での提供です。
頂いたのはランチプレートの中の、昨日は蕪のオートミールと煮込んだものがメイン。
玄米ご飯かベーグルを選べるので、友人は玄米ご飯。私はベーグルにしました。
最初に出てきたのは、持ち手が可愛いカップに入った野菜のスープ、味噌仕立てです。
甘くとろとろの野菜に、味噌の味が優しい味で、
後からくるプレートが待ち遠しいスープでした。
見た目ボリュームたっぷりのプレートには、サラダ・ピクルス・ひじき煮・きんぴら・蕪と
ところせましとのっています。
ミニプレートにして、ケーキを頂けばよかったと後悔。
そして野菜たち、しっかりと噛むことで、普段より食べる時間がかかり、
満腹感も味わうことができました。
体に優しい食材って、しっかり噛むことでいろいろな要素がUPするのですよね。
南部市場と野菊野団地に隣接しているので、平日は賑わってるのでしょうかね？
ゆとりができたら、陶芸もやってみたいな～と思いました。
食後の珈琲のカップも、きれいな器で、友人のものと比べても、
大体大きさは同じでも、間口が違っていたりと、目でも楽しめて体にとっても優しいお食事でした。
