12時ごろに到着しましたが、平日ということもありうちの夫以外は全員女性。
20席くらいの店内は８割方埋まってました。
私たちが注文したのは、今日のプレートのメイン違い。
私は「カポナータ」夫は「若竹煮」とデザートは豆腐チーズケーキをシェア。
団体様の後の注文だったので、料理が出てくるまで２０分は待ちました。
こだわりの店内はいろんなものがあり、待っている間、店内の読み物で健康について勉強してました。
プレートに乗っている野菜は「どこのだれがどのように作ったか」を丁寧に説明してくれます。
有機無農薬野菜のパワーにビックリしました。
味が濃い！食べると元気がでる感じがしました。
あと、ここの玄米は今まで食べた玄米で一番食べやすくて美味しかったです。
プレートにちょこっとのってた手作り豆腐が濃厚で、クリームチーズみたいで気に入ったので、
お土産に買いました。（100ｇ300円）
デザートの豆腐チーズケーキは、和風テイストで、下のクッキー生地も美味しかった。
玄米珈琲（ノンカフェイン）は、香ばしくて、豆乳を入れるとまろやかになり美味しかった。
次は、カレーや唐揚げを食べてみたいです。
器も店内の窯で手作りとのこと。ひとつひとつがちょっとずつ形がちがってておもしろいですね！
落ち着いた雰囲気の店内に、ゆったりとした空気でリラックスできました～＾＾
