平日の11時半ごろ来店。
店舗は本店同様に十分なキャパの駐車場を備えているのは感心します。
店内はテーブル間隔がかなり広くて天井も高いので開放的でした。

■塩焼豚麺1230円
スープ
エビの風味、鶏ベースとホタテから貝系のコハク酸がほんのりと言った感じ。
複雑な旨味があるがチャーシューから出る脂には醤油スープのキレが欲しくなる。
エビがジャマと感じたのでエビパウダーは外した方が良いね(選べる)
麺
加水率高めのモッチリした麺で本店同様とても美味しい。
チャーシュー
ロースは脂と旨味が強くて単品では美味しいしビールには合うと思うがこのスープには脂がクドく感じる。
吊るし切り系は脂が少なくサクサクして燻味があり好み。
【総評】
本店より80円ほど高めの価格設定も場所柄しょうがないのかな。
待ちも少ないし本店とは別の店と考えれば悪くない。
再来したら醤油を食べて比べてみたいですね。
