今年5回目くらいのとら食堂。
祝日なので10:30に来て名簿に名前記載。
この時点で25組くらいで先に並んでいました。。
一旦離れて11:20に再来店。
待つこと前提で本持参で読書。12:00に入店。
前回醤油ラーメンを生姜醤油にしたら、ちょっとしょっぱく生姜が強くて諸々味わえない感じがあったこともあり、今回はノーマルの醤油ラーメン。
味玉付き大盛り1,140(税込)。税込みでこのお値段
かつクオリティーだと、最近ではお値打ちかも。
人それぞれだろうけど、お味は私的には生姜醤油なしで正解。より麺や具材の味が楽しめる気がする。
手打ち麺の不揃いな薄いピロピロした部分とか、伸び具合がアクセントになって良い感じ。
ところで、どんぶりは2種類あるみたい。
私は直径が小さく深いどんぶり。近くの人は直径が大きく浅いどんぶり。
大盛りだとスープ量の都合でどんぶりを変えているのかな??? 麺が泳いでいるのが好き派にとっては直径が大きいほうが良かったなとちょっと思った次第。
