優しげな趣の丼面に暴力的な量の焼豚
スープをいただけば豚鶏昆布？なしみじみ系だが醤油がキリリ！
平打ち手揉み麺は喜多方よりもピロピロでスープ持ちがよく歯応え喉越しよく啜れるノンストレス麺
ワンタンの小さな餡は胡麻油の香りもよく
何よりもしなやかでシルキーで長いドレープの大好き仕様♡
こりゃたまらん♡
焼豚はももとロース
ももは肉感高くロースの口溶け感と言ったら、これまた至上♬
青菜やメンマの箸休めも良いアクセントだしのりの風味も良き♡
あっという間に完食！
