新松戸で昼飲み機会があり、
居酒屋ではないお店を調べていて発見。
こじんまりとした空間でオープンキッチン、
カウンター席とテーブル席で構成。
ランチ時間は禁煙でドリンクもランチ価格に
少し下げてくれているようで、メニューにタパスも用意してある
グランドメニューの料理でも、
油を使う料理とパエリア以外は相談可能とのこと。
迷惑掛けないように、
ランチメニューに載っていたものを中心に頼んだ料理は以下
〇やみつきアンチョビキャベツ
〇自家製 スモークチキン
〇ピリッと辛いイカの墨煮
〇マルゲリータ ピザ
〇釜揚げシラスとたっぷり葱の和風ペペロンチーノ
一番印象的だったのはピリッと辛いイカの墨煮
濃厚イカ墨で酒のアテに抜群。
バケットをお代わりして最後のソースまで楽しみたい。
今度は夜のグランドメニューで飲みたいなと思った一軒。
