I went with two friends to celebrate their birthdays. I made a reservation for 6 o'clock, but the place filled up quickly. You can see how popular it is. First up is Carlsberg. The appetizer is edamame peperoncino. It goes well with beer and wine. I had a quiche that I had heard from a friend was delicious, and a Caesar salad with Prosciutto. The volume of quiche is amazing. The inside is melty and very delicious. If you order a full-bodied red wine, it will be very aromatic. Classic shrimp and mushroom Ajillo and beef cheek braised in red wine. Both are consistently delicious. I drank a lot of wine, so I added a decanter. I didn't get the pasta or pizza. I think I'll come and try it for lunch next time.
