Visited Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 17:00 To Italian Cuisine dining in Matsudo. It's like a cave inside the store, which is interesting. We were shown to a private room and toasted with champagne and lemon sour. The appetizer is clams. The food started with Suzuki carpaccio. Fresh sea bass with olive oil and salt. The appetizer platter includes Oyster, pickles, and more, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors in one plate. Pair it with white wine. Summer vegetables are served with bagna cauda sauce. The piping hot sauce and sweet vegetables go perfectly together. Steak is Joshu beef, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. It's delicious even as it is because the meat has a strong flavor. It's soft and goes well with red wine. Lastly, Seafood risotto. It has a Seafood flavor, probably made with Oyster or mussels. Then, we had tiramisu and paid the bill. The restaurant has a nice hideaway atmosphere, and the taste is very satisfying. Thank you for the meal.
