JR松戸駅西口から徒歩1分ほどの｢新角ビル｣。その2Fにある”べー太郎”は広島焼き・関西焼き・鉄板焼きを提供する店。こちらは駅からペデストリアンデッキに出ると6Fの｢やきとりセンター｣の黄色い看板が目立つビル。デッキを1Fまで降りて、ビルに入るとオタフクソースのロゴが入ったお好み焼きの看板があるので間違えないと思う。階段で2Fまで登ると待ち合い用のイスが並んでおり、その先に入口がある。
店内は厨房に面したカウンターと鉄板があるテーブルで36席ほど。こちらは自分でお好み焼きを焼く訳ではなく、厨房の鉄板で焼いた物をテーブルの鉄板に持ってきてくれるシステム。テーブルの鉄板はホットプレートの保温くらいだから80℃くらいかな。理論的にはあまり臭くならないのだが、残念ながら全席喫煙OKなのでタバコの匂いが気になる。
メニューを見ると中瓶ビールが500円(税抜)と駅近居酒屋としては普通で、安く飲みたいなら6Fのやきとりセンターに分がある。しかし、飲み放題付きのコースも3,000円～あるので最初からそれを選ぶのも賢い選択(3名から)。

今回は2名なのでボトル作戦を敢行。2時間飲み放題1,480円なので、まあこんなものだろう。

うま誰？というかマヨネーズね。味が濃いめで酒が進む。

＊鶏皮の塩焼き580円(税抜)
紙の上に乗せられたホルモンはマルチョウ。鶏皮はしっとりとした仕上がり。鉄板焼きは炭火直焼きとくらべてカリッとした仕上がりにはなりにくいのかな…。厚みのある肉の方が得意分野かもしれない。

ネギ・イカ天・目玉焼き
広島焼きは薄い生地の間にキャベツ・焼きそば・卵などの具材を挟んで焼き上げる。自分で焼くのは結構難しいのだが、こちらは焼き上げてくれるので安心。具材の一体感は亀有のおこたろうにもう少しという感じだが、自分で焼くよりは上手いと思う。それでも自分で焼き上げないお好み焼きって少し寂しい気がした。
