新京成の松戸新田駅近くにオープンしたフレンチ。
やけにオサレな建物が並ぶ一角にあります。
駅から近い上に駐車場もあって、アクセスは良好。
平日の夜、一人で訪問。
中は、おっさんが一人で入るには申し訳ないくらいフェミニンな内装。
自分が原因とはいえ、かなーり気恥ずかしかったです。(汗）
女子会やデートには良いかと。
こちらのメニューは、コースとアラカルト。
フレンチとイタリアンの料理が並びます。
コースは3000円・4500円・6000円とお手頃。
今回はアラカルトから注文。

＊地元！！松戸の野菜料理 (900円）
＊骨付き仔羊背肉のロースト ローズマリー風味(1800円）
＊デザート盛り合わせ(600円）

料理そのものは、ちょっと良いダイニングバーみたいな感じ。
もしくは、ホテルの宴会とかで出てくるみたいな。
普通ちゃー普通ですが、決して悪く無いです。
仔羊の火入れは、表面がちょっと固いものの中はジューシーだった♪
デザートも、ソルベは果実の味が豊かだったし、タルトやショートケーキも普通に美味しい。
でっ、こちらで特筆すべきは野菜の美味しさ！
シェフの知り合いの農家へ行って、自分で採ってくるそう。
甘くて、香りが良くて、瑞々しい。
カブなんて、噛んだ瞬間水分がほとばしり出て、口から溢れるほど。
ヤングコーンやトマト、赤ピーマンの甘さも素晴らしい。
近くに住む野菜好きな方は、野菜を食べに行くだけでも価値があると思います。
初夏から秋は、店の前にある石畳のテラスでＢＢＱも出来るとか（飲み放題付きで3000円～）。
そういうのも良いな。
