チャーシューメンは、チャーシュー4枚、メンマ、ナルト、ワカメ、ネギが入ったラーメンです。
麺は、細めで縮れが少な目のプリプリした食感の麺です。
スープは、良く言えば、癖がなくて飲みやすく、悪く言えば少し平坦な印象のスープでした。
チャーシューは、しっとり柔らかく、ものすごく旨いチャーシューには負けるかもしれませんが旨かったです。
メンマは、塩抜きがしっかりしてあって味わい自体は薄味ですが、コリコリした食感を楽しむタイプだと思います。
ナルトは、モチモチして旨かったです。
ネギは、もう少しシャキシャキしている方が個人的には好みです。
こちらの店は、セットメニューが充実していて、ラーメンについても、ご飯物と一緒に食べると良さが出るタイプのラーメンに感じました。
