江戸時代後期から栽培される市川の梨。知名度は高くないが地域ブランド品の一つとして県も推進する特産品である。
過日、ちいかわの道の駅に寄り購入したので朝食替わりに食べた。
見た目はキィッシュみたいだが、フォークを入れると確かにスフレ、柔らかくポロポロになるのでスプーンの方が食べ易いのだろう。
肝心の味は、梨のジューシィさとチーズが仲良くマリアージュし、ファっと口溶けした。梨の味は長く残るのでなんだか梨を食べた気になる。
ストレス溜め込んだ時に食べたら、身も(味も)心も癒されそうな緩〜いスィーツだ。
