松戸市にある和菓子屋。
どら焼きを主力に、様々な和菓子を提供。
小麦粉は国内産、小豆は北海道産、卵は契約農家から仕入れ、蜂蜜はアカシアはちみつを使う等、原材料にもこだわって菓子作りしている。
えだ豆どらやきは、和菓子の1種。
枝豆餡を中に挟んだどら焼き。
枝豆の餡というと、東北地方のずんだを思い浮かべるが、この枝豆餡はずんだより水分が少なく、小豆餡に近い。味だけが枝豆、といった感じ。枝豆でもこういう風な餡に加工出来るのかと知った。
よって、味は枝豆だが、食感は普通のどら焼き。
