店主が名店「赤坂四川飯店」での経験を活かし、多くの香辛料を使い分けながら、辛みと旨味、そして香りを変幻自在に操る各種メニューはどれも絶品。担担面をひとたび口にすれば、香辛料が織りなす豊かな香りに、たちまち同店の虜になりそう。香辛料たっぷりのラー油や、こだわりの芝麻醤（チーマージャン）を使った担々面などのメニューを提供しています。定番の5種類の担々面のほか、豆乳入り冷やし担々面の「豆浆涼担担面（どうじゃんりゃんたんたんめん）」といった期間限定メニューも人気です。ランチのピークの時間帯は行列を作りますが、ラストオーダーの時間にギリギリ到着し待ち無しで入店。
