ご近所に榮鳳という大きな中華料理屋さんがありますが、その系列店だそうです。といっても普通の中華屋さんといった感じです。ただし辣々麺というのが売りのようで、これをレビューしている人が多いようです。ちょっと趣向を変えて辛口味噌ラーメンを注文しました。辛さが選べるそうで、中辛にしてもらいました。
しばし待って辛口味噌ラーメンが到着です。スープがかなり赤いです。具材は細切りチャーシュー、もやし、刻み青ネギといったところで極めてシンプルです。麺は中太縮れ麺です。辛さは結構辛い方です。辛さばかりに気を取られていたのですが、ここの麺は結構おいしい麺だと思います。
今度は普通の醤油ラーメンでもいただいてみたいと思います。
