松戸に来ています。
今日は仕事場のシステムメンテナンス日で午前中のみの日。
仕事終わりにオカンと松戸で待ち合わせ。
ずっと来てみたかったこちらを訪れました。
日曜日のため予約じゃないと駄目かな？と思いながら伺ったところ大丈夫でした♥️
レガーロシェアコース(１人前/2200円)を注文。
レガーロシェアコースは、前菜(鯛のカルパッチョ)、本日のパスタ&ピッツァ、ドルチェ(レモンシャーベット、パンナコッタ)、カフェ(コーヒーor紅茶)が付いています。
なおパスタは、千葉県産イワシ玉ねぎパン粉のスパゲッティシチリア風。
ピッツァは、プロシュートとセルバチルッコラのピッツァをチョイス。
前菜の鯛のカルパッチョは、季節を感じられるピンクと黄色の菊が散らされており色鮮やかで見た目だけでも美味しそう✨鯛の切り身が2人で10切れほどあってボリュームもたっぷり。秋の鯛は脂が乗ってるから好きなんです✨ディルがタップリ盛られていて爽やかな味わい。紅たでの辛みも良いアクセントでバランスがウマウマでした♥️
プロシュートとルッコラのピッツァは、モッツァレラとパルミジャーノのダブルチーズでモッタリと濃厚なチーズと香ばしいパルミジャーノの風味がなんとも言えずウマウマ✨プロシュートは、塩味よりそのまま豚味(笑)肉々しい存在感のあるもので見た目は繊細ながらもガツンとしたピッツァでうんまぁ～♥️でもルッコラとチェリートマトで絞められているからこれもバランスが抜群。ピザ生地も香ばしく焼き上げられていて美味しかった。
イワシと玉ねぎのスパゲッティは、オイルベースのパスタで通常アンチョビを使うところ生の鰯が使われていて青魚好きにはたまらない一品✨しかもカルパッチョ同様ゴロゴロ身が入っていて嬉しい✨鰯の脂と甘い玉ねぎのコックリした味に酢漬けのケッパーとトマトの酸味がこちらもバランスが抜群でウマウマ～♥️スパゲッティのゆで具合も固すぎずヤワヤワ過ぎずちょうど良い案配‼️付け合わせのバターがシミシミのパンにソースを拭うように食べてしまいました(^_^ゞ
ドルチェのレモンシャーベットとパンナコッタは、甘さ控えめのシャーベットと口当たり滑らかな純粋生クリームそのものの風味のパンナコッタ✨別々で食べてもウマウマだし、一緒に食べると生乳ヨーグルトのようなコクと爽やかさが口に広がってウマウマ♥️
すべてのメニューが、濃厚&サッパリ両方が感じられるお料理で美味しかった。ピッツァもパスタも私好みのメニューのチョイスをしてしまったのでオカンに申し訳なかったけど、変わった味が食べれて良かったとのこと。大大大満足なランチが堪能出来ました✨
