東京チカラめしの跡地に出来たラーメン店。 |
馬橋駅の目の前にある、『壱角家馬橋店』さんに伺いました。お昼位に伺いましたが、カウンター席１名、テーブル席１組飲みて空いていました。
入口の券売機で、「味玉ラーメン（塩）」¥1,030を購入し席に着きます。
直ぐに店員さんが来て、食券を確認し麺の硬さ・脂の量・味の濃さを確認。今回は麺硬めで後は普通でお願いしました。
暫くして、着丼。着丼と同時に無理ライスをセルフでよそい、いざ実食。
まずはスープを一口。濃厚でクリーミーなスープで塩も美味しい。
硬めでお願いした麺は、食べ応えがあって良い。麺は中太麺で、ゴワゴワした食感と噛み応えもあり堪りません。
途中で玉葱を入れて味変し、味玉を割り半分をライスに掛けてスープも掛けて頂く。
味玉の白身は柔らかく、黄身はしっとりでライスにも合って美味しかったです。
