買い負け問題
ナカナカ深刻になってきましたね
すし匠の中澤親方が
「近い将来日本のイイ魚は海外に流れてしまう」と
海外の魚でもうまい鮨は握れることを証明するために
一念発起
ハワイで店を出しましたが
その「近い将来」が
こんなにすぐやってくるとは思いませんでした
そしてこの買い負けは
円安も手伝い
魚だけではなく
肉にも影響が出てきました
この日は松戸で焼肉を食べることになりました
キブンは床がヌルヌルしてるタイプのお店だったんですけど
ゆっくりお話しもしたかったので
松戸の叙々苑
的な位置付けのお店にしました
さすがですねー
立派なお値段です
いよいよタンは
4,000円を超えてきたか！
