土日昼、予約して訪問。予約なしでも入れるが、行列が発生することもあるため、予約がベスト。
ローズマリー＆タイムのハーブハンバーグは「芳しい香りとほろ苦さがアクセント」(公式HP)。
ソースは「香味野菜と赤ワイン、バルサミコを隠し味に仕上げた特製デミグラスソース」がオススメとのことでそちらをチョイス。これが驚くほど合う。
