日曜日の夜18時半から5名で予約して訪問しました。
ネット予約できるので便利です。
4000円のセレクトコースを注文。ドリンクはお肉料理なので赤ワイン。
小皿前菜、前菜、ハンバーグ、ソース、サラダ、デザート、食後のドリンク全て選べます。選択肢もそれぞれ8種類くらいあって迷いすぎちゃう。
私は小皿前菜に3種キノコのバルサミコマリネ、前菜にトリッパと白いんげん豆のトマト煮込み、ハンバーグはローズマリー&タイムのハーブハンバーグにトマトソース、サラダはアボカドサウザン、ライス、デザートは抹茶のバスクチーズケーキで食後ドリンクはマヌカハニージンジャーのハーブティー。選ぶだけで10分くらい使います笑
マリネはバルサミコの味がしっかりありながらもきのこ本来の旨味も感じる一品。トリッパは間違いなく美味しいし、何より味付けが一流。
ハンバーグはメインなだけあってさすがの美味しさ。肉汁をぎゅっと中に詰め込んだ仕上がり。ジューシーなのに良い豚だからかくどくない。トマトソースもハーブによく合う。
ちなみにソースは店員さんが丁寧におすすめ教えてくれました。
デザートのチーズケーキも滑らかで最高。そしてなんといってもハーブティーが香りがよく落ち着く。
店内の雰囲気も店員さんの感じもよく、食事をしっかり楽しめる場所です。
誰を連れて行っても満足していただけるお店かと！
