どこのランチにしようかと車で走っていると 店員さんが雨のなか呼び込みして、ヒラモティ久し振りに訪問
娘定番 バターチキン キーマを何れも甘口
私はチキンビリヤニを辛口で
こちらのビリヤニは、炊き込みではないですね。
バスマティライスをスパイスで炒めている若しくは、半分ライスにチキンカレーを混ぜてスパイス投入。
スパイス(ハッカクやカルダモン、クミンなど主張強め)が好みの私としてはもの足りず。
一口目はこれも悪くないなぁと思っていましたが、スパイス食べたぁの満足感がなく…
ナンは味は、混ぜ物があまりないシンプルさが好みですが厚さがもう少しあるとベスト。と娘も言ってます(笑)
チキンカレーはトマト風味が強くないので カレーの旨さが味わえて良かったです。
接客は感じが良いですよ。

暫く行っていなかったヒラモティさんにお邪魔してきました。ん？メニュー変わってる。カロリー表記が！見て若干ショック受けながら でもビリヤニだけやけにカロリーが低い…。
店員さんに聞いたら たぶんあってるはず。
ビリヤニのお米はカロリー低いから…って。
○マトンビリヤニ(辛口)
○バターチキンカレーセット(甘口)
マンゴーラッシーはクーポン利用
マトンは大きいのが３つ 中のグレイビーソースが辛口になっていて私的にはあと少し辛い方が良いなぁ。ライスはパラパラより少ししっとり。
スパイスのクミンや八角は、見受けられずカシューかナッツも少ない。けど なんだろ。前より美味しい。
これはこれであり。
ビリヤニはしっとり派ではないのだけど(笑)
バターチキンは、甘くて良かったなぁ。
店員さんは皆親切。
テイクアウトも時々きていて冷たい雨にも負けず。
お腹ポカポカになりました。
